Delivery and Refund Terms
We will arrange shipment as soon as you place your order and provide an estimated delivery time. The actual delivery time may be slightly delayed due to logistics conditions. Please make sure to inspect the appearance of the product before signing for it. If any damage is found, it can be rejected.
If there are quality issues or serious discrepancies with the description of the product, please contact customer service within 7 days after signing to apply for a return and refund. The product must be kept intact, unused, and fully packaged. After verification and confirmation, we will process a refund for you, and the payment will be refunded according to the original payment method. For returns and exchanges due to non quality issues, the shipping cost will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding and support.
